The practice receives only what you send it, through the contact form or by email to contact@desesseintesadvisory.com: your name, your email address and the content of your message. Messages sent through the form are forwarded by email to contact@desesseintesadvisory.com and are not stored on the site.
These messages are used only to answer you and, where a project follows, to carry it out. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before an engagement and, once an engagement is signed, the performance of that contract.
Correspondence is kept for three years from the last contact, and for the period required by law where it relates to an engagement or an invoice.
Your messages are read only by Cléa Basset and Louis Samperez. They are never sold or passed on, except to the service providers an engagement requires, such as transport or insurance, and only with your agreement. Email is hosted by Google Workspace, under the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
The site measures its audience with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not identify visitors. It records the page visited, the referring site, the country and the type of device.
